Trakside fitness is a fitness centre located in Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills.
Trakside fitness caters for all fitness levels, with small group fitness sessions, for females only, males only and mixed sessions. One on one sessions can also be booked. During the summer months kids classes are also available.
Trainer Anthony Harvey has many years experience in the fitness industry, both training people and also competing in high level sport. He has a passion for health and fitness and a wealth of knowledge about exercise physiology and injury rehab.
Trakside fitness offers a range of fitness experiences both indoors and outdoors. Classes offered include, high intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, circuit and resistance training. Classes are about 45 minutes and all participants can work at their own fitness level.
